velvet underground

i have a bit of an obsession with the velvet underground right now.  the video is of the band rehearsing, filmed by the oh-so singular andy warhol and played against one of their best: "i'm waiting for the man".  expand and enjoy.

change of spots

i found a beautiful leopard print coat at a vintage store the other day and, stupidly, didn't buy it right away; when i went back to get it, it had already been sold and i've been kicking myself ever since.  especially when i see photos like this.  fucking fab.

the colour in fendi's spring 2011 show is to die for (bright lipstick has officially become a must).  too bad we're coming into fall right now.
